Outcome measures in cost-consequences analysis

The outcome measures in cost-consequences analysis are usually the aspects of health most influenced by the intervention.

The outcomes could represent positive (eg. improved health) and negative (eg. side effects from treatment) health outcomes.

As we saw previously, this means that we can't directly compare interventions.
